One of Our SGI Industry Clients Is Hiring for the Role of: Production Manager – SGI Casting (Manhole Cover Division)

Location: Uluberia, Howrah, West Bengal
Experience: 8+ years in SGI Casting Foundry
Qualification: BE/Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement daily/weekly/monthly production plans
• Supervise ARPA 450/900, Hand Molding & No-Bake teams
• Ensure green sand parameters, mold quality, and process efficiency
• Responsible for tooling/machine maintenance and rejection control
• Handle ISO 9001:2015 documentation and Kite Mark audit readiness
• Enforce 5S, Kaizen & workplace safety standards
• Motivate team and ensure manpower alignment

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in SGI manhole cover production
• Skilled in floor management, troubleshooting & team leadership
• Well-versed in quality, documentation & process compliance
