Assistant Manager - HR Operations

As an Assistant Manager Human Resources, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and managing employee relations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and programs. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and programs is essential, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to collaborate effectively within a team, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities will be key to your success. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Holding an HR certification such as SHRM-CP or HRCI would be advantageous. Preference will be given to male candidates. The job locations for this role are in Mumbai (Chembur, Dombivali, Goregaon) and Bangalore (Wilson Garden). The work schedule is Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm.
