Role Overview:

As a Unit HR professional at Mallcom, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing unit level. You’ll play a key role in driving employee engagement, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting a safe, ethical, and productive workplace aligned with Mallcom’s values and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate local hiring needs in collaboration with corporate HR
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate onboarding
  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • Monitor biometric systems and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure timely leave approvals and reporting
  • Payroll & Compliance
  • Coordinate with central payroll team for salary processing
  • Ensure adherence to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory norms
  • Liaise with government bodies for inspections and submissions
  • Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns
  • Promote a positive work culture and resolve conflicts professionally
  • Training & Development
  • Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions
  • Support implementation of performance management systems
  • Health, Safety & Welfare
  • Ensure compliance with Mallcom’s safety-first policies
  • Support POSH and anti-discrimination initiatives
  • HR Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and HR dashboards
  • Track KPIs and suggest improvements
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, MSW, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and English preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
