Job Title: Cutting Incharge/Manager – Footwear Production Department

Job Description:
Mallcom India Limited is looking for a Cutting Incharge to oversee the cutting operations within the Footwear Production Department. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the footwear cutting department and be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control on Cutting Department: Supervise the daily operations of the cutting department, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination with other departments.
• Follow Production Plan: Ensure adherence to the production plan to achieve maximum output, meeting daily targets and timelines.
• Control on Rejections: Monitor and reduce rejections, ensuring that cut components meet the required quality standards before passing them to fabricators.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of cut components and manage the issuance of components to fabricators, maintaining a target of 12,000 pairs per day.
• Maintenance of Cutting Dies: Ensure the cutting dies are well-maintained and available for production, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate with experience in the Footwear Cutting Department.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in managing or working within a cutting department in the footwear industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage inventories and production schedules effectively.

Compensation:

• CTC Offered: As per company standards (based on experience and qualifications)
