The ideal candidate will manage and oversee all human resources operations while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. As part of a US logistics company, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance, operating primarily during night hours. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Design and implement recruitment strategies to source top talent for various roles. Conduct interviews, facilitate selection processes, and onboard new hires. Employee Engagement: Develop and execute programs to improve employee morale and retention. Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture. HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements. Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and attendance systems. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Stay updated on HR legal requirements applicable to international and domestic operations. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review processes. Provide guidance on career development and training opportunities. Policy Development: Update and enforce company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Assist in creating a scalable HR framework to support company growth. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in HR management, preferably in logistics or a related industry.. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS software. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts to coordinate with US operations.
