Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales (Residential Projects) Location: Derabassi, Punjab Industry: Real Estate Department: Sales & Marketing Experience Required: 8–12 years in residential real estate sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented AGM – Sales to lead and manage sales operations for our residential project in Derabassi . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving residential sales, managing teams, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the on-ground sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Derabassi market. Customer Engagement: Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from inquiry to booking and post-sale services. Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners; organize CP meets and incentive programs. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to refine sales tactics and pricing strategies. Lead Management: Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion rates through CRM tools. Reporting & MIS: Maintain accurate reports and provide regular updates to senior management on performance, trends, and challenges. Project Branding Support: Work closely with the marketing team to drive campaigns and events for project visibility and lead generation. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities are compliant with RERA and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 8+ years of experience in residential real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong understanding of the Derabassi/Tricity residential market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Ability to lead teams and work under pressure to achieve results Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
