Job Description

Job Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary sheets, reimbursement data, payslips, and bonus calculations.2. Manage leave calculations, encashment, and full and final settlements (FnF) during exit process3. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including maintaining records, liaison with consultants, and handling audits.4. Handle employee grieveances5. Maintain MIS6. Employee Engagement


Eligibility Criteria:1. Must have experience in real estate industry2. Knowledge in payroll management 3. Should have knowledge in MS Office3. Knowledge in statutory compliances4. Good people management skills5. Self driven with attitude to work independently
