👩‍💼 Role Overview

We are looking for an

energetic and experienced Assistant Manager – HR

lead and strengthen our Human Resources function

. This role focuses on

end-to-end recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement

, ensuring the HR function supports

Sonar Conectar’s dynamic and creative environment.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Lead the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across departments. 🤝 Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies. 📂 Manage HR operations including employee records, payroll coordination, and performance management processes. 🎯 Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives to foster a positive work culture. 📘 Oversee HR policies, compliance, and documentation in line with labor laws and company standards. 👋 Conduct induction programs, exit interviews, and analyze HR metrics to enhance retention. 🧭 Support leadership in workforce planning, talent retention, and organizational development.

🎓 Requirements

🎓 MBA in Human Resources or related discipline. 🧠 5–6 years of experience in HR roles, with strong exposure to recruitment and people management. ⚡ Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. 💬 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 📑 Strong understanding of HR policies, labor regulations, and modern HR practices. 🎨 Prior experience in event management, media, or creative industries will be an added advantage.
