Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee all human resources operations while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. As part of a US logistics company, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance, operating primarily during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to source top talent for various roles.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate selection processes, and onboard new hires.
• Employee Engagement:
• Develop and execute programs to improve employee morale and retention.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and attendance systems.
• Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Stay updated on HR legal requirements applicable to international and domestic operations.
• Performance Management:
• Implement and manage performance review processes.
• Provide guidance on career development and training opportunities.
• Policy Development:
• Update and enforce company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Assist in creating a scalable HR framework to support company growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in HR management, preferably in logistics or a related industry..
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS software.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts to coordinate with US operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,903.68 - ₹40,000.00 per month
