Ideal Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer engagement, or client servicing. Strong verbal and written communication in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus). Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, wellness, or premium product sales is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce, WhatsApp Business, and lead management workflows. Comfortable working with metrics and structured processes (e.g., follow-up cadences, call scripts). Exposure to or interest in tools like conversational AI, lead scoring, and WhatsApp automation is a plus. Empathy, patience, curiosity, and active listening are key traits we value. A genuine interest in sustainability, responsible living, and conscious communities is a strong advantage.
