Performance Marketing Manager

Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and data-driven Manager Growth Marketing to contribute to our customer acquisition and brand visibility goals. This role requires someone who thrives on experimenting, optimizing, and scaling digital campaigns that drive meaningful engagement and qualified leads for real estate sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms. Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality. Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive and high-converting creatives. 2. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization Develop strategies to attract and convert high-intent leads through landing pages, forms, and automated nurture flows. A/B test ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing page elements to improve conversion rates. Manage the full-funnel journey from impression to inquiry to MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead). 3. Analytics & Reporting Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM to track campaign performance. Generate regular dashboards and reports to share insights, trends, and recommendations. Monitor attribution paths and optimize media spend accordingly. 4. Digital Growth Initiatives Explore new digital platforms, affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, and local partnerships to scale reach. Assist in launching webinars, content series, virtual tours, and engagement campaigns aligned with Organo’s eco-living narrative. 5. SEO & Content Collaboration Work with the content and SEO team to ensure digital assets are optimized for search visibility. Recommend and track keywords, backlinks, and on-page improvements.
