Job Summary:

The Assistant HR Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, and performance management. The role requires a proactive individual capable of supporting HR policies and initiatives in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding, induction programs, and documentation.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Payroll & Statutory Compliance
  • Assist in salary processing and ensure timely submission of PF, ESIC, and other statutory challans.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and salary records accurately.
  • Performance Management
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Maintain and analyze employee performance reports for management review.
  • Policy Implementation & HR Operations
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain employee master data and ensure regular updates.
  • Support disciplinary actions, transfer, increment, and termination processes.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and feedback reports.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare and submit HR-related MIS reports to management on a monthly basis.
  • Manage HR records, files, and documentation as per company standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws, PF/ESIC, and other statutory compliance.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll software preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
