As a Human Resources (HR) intern for Community Action Through Motivation Program, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our HR team to support various initiatives aimed at promoting employee engagement and development. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews. Update and maintain employee records and HR databases using MS-Office and MS-Excel. Support HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs. Assist in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding processes. Help with performance management processes by tracking employee goals and evaluations. Support HR in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations. Learn Compliances PF/ESI/Labour Law Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.
