Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Assisting with recruitment processes such as job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Supporting employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Assisting with performance management processes and employee relations.
• Collaborating with team members on HR projects and initiatives.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees and external stakeholders.
