Human Resources (HR) Internship in Bhopal

Responsibilities

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Community Action Through Motivation Program, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with Payroll, Attendance, Salary Processing, and Compliance.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases using MS-Excel and MS-Word.
• Assisting with new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Providing support for employee training and development initiatives.
• Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations.
• Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Providing general administrative support to the HR department.
