Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically in food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-quality service delivery and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends, including menu planning, wine lists, and premium beverage services.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is desirable.
