Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager – E-com. & Marketplace Finance based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations for e-commerce and marketplace activities, manage budgets, analyze financial data, develop financial strategies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The role involves collaborating with various teams to drive financial performance and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong background in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis
• Experience in e-commerce and marketplace finance operations
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, reconciliation, GST, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tally, ERP systems, and platform dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
