Job Summary

The Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple retail stores within a designated cluster, ensuring sales growth, operational efficiency, and team development. This role involves monitoring sales performance, managing stock and visual merchandising, driving brand standards, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Cluster Manager plays a key role in implementing strategic business initiatives, optimizing store profitability, and developing a high-performing team.



Key Result Areas (KRA) – Cluster Manager

1. Profit Centre Management

  • Monitor sales performance across stores, analyze trends, and leverage data to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Implement cost-control measures and drive efficiencies to achieve financial targets.
  • Optimize stock management, ensuring adherence to

    Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    and maximizing store potential.
  • Define, drive, and ensure the implementation of

    KRA/KPI methodology

    across store teams.
  • Maintain stringent

    quality control

    measures for products and services.
  • Oversee customer service standards, ensuring positive reviews, feedback resolution, and satisfaction across stores.

2. Product & Brand Development

  • Ensure adherence to

    Visual Merchandising (VM)

    guidelines to enhance brand appeal and store aesthetics.
  • Maintain consistency in brand representation, store experience, and customer engagement.

3. MIS & Reporting

  • Ensure timely dissemination of

    MIS, Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Sell-Through reports

    , and category contribution analytics.
  • Provide actionable insights based on performance data to drive store efficiency.

4. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with policies related to

    Uniform, Grooming, Attendance, and Discipline

    across all stores.
  • Oversee the functionality and maintenance of electronic equipment (e.g.,

    EDC, ERP systems

    ), company assets, and fabrication processes.

5. Team Management & Development

  • Conduct regular training programs for store managers, assistant store managers, and sales officers.
  • Mentor and coach the second-in-command staff, ensuring continuous professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Utilize

    SWOT analysis techniques

    to assess team strengths and areas for improvement, applying data-driven strategies for growth.
  • Drive a culture of motivation, innovation, and performance excellence.
