o

Role would more specifically cover the following

:➢ Review and filing of corporate income tax returns of various domestic as well as non-resident companies / firm

s➢ Review of tax workings of large clients and advance tax computations of various companie

s➢ Drafting written submissions and replies to notices issued by income tax authorities and representation before assessing officers in relation to income-tax assessment

s➢ Drafting of appeals and submissions to be filed before Commissioner of Income-tax (Appeals), Dispute resolution Panel and Income-tax Appellate Tribuna

l➢ Assistance in rendition of detailed and diverse tax advisory services on a plethora of issues such as availability of certain beneficial deductions under the Income-tax Act, 1961 (‘the Act’), withholding tax obligations in relation to payments made to non-residents, et

c➢ Assistance in preparation of withholding tax applications (pertaining to payments covered under section 197 of the Act) and representation of these cases before the revenue authoritie

s➢ Case law research on Taxmann, taxsutra, commentaries on an “as is required” basi

s➢ Drafting /preparing memos / notes for various tax related issue

s➢ Assistance in rendition of day-to-day advisory services (from a tax standpoint) to various clients on an “as is required basi
