The opportunity Senior Manager - IFRS 9 Financial Accounting and Reporting- Financial Services- Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Chennai/Bangalore/Mumbai ASU - FAAS - Financial&AccountingAdv Assurances purpose is to inspire confidence and trust to enable a complex world to work. We help clients by1) Ensuring their accounts comply with the requisite audit standards 2) Providing a robust and clear perspective to audit committees and 3) Providing critical information for stakeholders. Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.

Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

Skills and attributes

Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets & Trading (Equity / Derivatives / Fund investments).

Hands-on experience in end-to-end digital trading journey design (preferably mobile app journeys).

Understanding of order lifecycle Order Execution Confirmation Settlement Brokerage & Fees .

Experience working as a Business Analyst in banking, wealth, brokerage, or trading technology platforms.

Ability to write clear BRDs, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams (Visio /Figma/ Lucidchart ) .

Experience coordinating with Front Office, Technology, Operations, and Compliance .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelors degree in finance / commerce / economics / engineering or equivalent. MBA / CFA L1+ is a plus

812 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets / Wealth / Trading platforms.

You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
