We are currently seeking a brand manager, responsible for developing and executing the company’s brand strategy.  



Key Responsibilities


Brand Strategy & Communication:

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and managing the brand strategy focused on positioning, market differentiation and consumer engagement.
  • Ensure that the brand's vision, values and messaging are consistently and effectively communicated to the target audience across all channels.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through creative brand initiatives and innovations.
  • Brand communication and social media marketing; handling all social media platforms of the company.

Campaign Creation & Execution:

  • Lead the end-to-end process of creating and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer, PR, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Help develop compelling content and creative materials to support campaigns, ensuring they align with brand identity and target audience preferences.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, using metrics and consumer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Identify co-branding and partnership opportunities that align with the brand’s values and goals.

Product Launches & Innovation:

  • Work closely with the product development team to align brand strategy with product launches and innovations.
  • Be the driving force behind go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring their successful introduction and positioning in the market.

Consumer Insights and Market Research:

  • Conduct market research, analyse consumer trends and gather insights to inform brand and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges for the brand.

Brand Equity and Awareness:

  • Focus on building and maintaining a strong, authentic brand presence across all consumer touchpoints
  • Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and influencers to amplify brand visibility.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Provide brand guidance and support to internal stakeholders, helping drive a unified vision across the organization.

Budget Management & Reporting:

  • Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
  • Track, analyse and report on key brand metrics, including awareness, sales growth, consumer engagement, retention and campaign performance.


Skills and Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field/MBA in marketing or related field from a reputed institute.
  • Relevant experience of 3-4 years in brand management, communications and marketing roles, preferably in food and beverage / FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience creating and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
  • Highly creative, with a passion for brand storytelling and innovation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple priorities.
