Make An Impact We are looking for a results-driven and data-savvy Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to plan, implement, and manage our e-commerce marketing strategy. In this role, you will develop innovative digital advertising campaigns to drive awareness, conversions, and sales across leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize ROI, and ensure Fossil stays at the forefront of e-commerce advertising trends. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Marketing Strategy: Act as the single point of contact for all marketing activities related to selected e-commerce platforms, ensuring maximum ROI on ad spends. Advertising Campaigns: Develop advertising plans tailored to campaign objectives (awareness/acquisition), leveraging data insights to select the right advertising properties. Keyword Optimization: Strategize and evaluate keyword campaigns for all brands, defining clear KPIs and tracking progress effectively. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the Digital Sales Team to align stock availability and ROI targets with marketing decisions. Coordinate with the in-country Brand Team to align brand priorities and secure creative approvals. Budget Management: Manage e-commerce advertising budgets, yearly marketing calendars, campaign strategies, and peak day action plans. Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes. Industry Insights: Research and recommend new e-commerce advertising technologies and trends to keep Fossil ahead of the curve. Partner Sales Support: Directly or indirectly contribute to sales growth through effective advertising and marketing initiatives for e-commerce partners. Qualifications & Experience: Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce advertising. Education: Postgraduate degree in Marketing or related fields, preferably from a premier institute. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with e-commerce advertising tools and platforms, including Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and Flipkart Brand Ads (preferred). Proven track record in B2C e-commerce or digital marketing for fashion/lifestyle brands, including experience managing digital marketing agencies. Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce marketing trends and advertising properties.
