Are you ready to be a part of our Marketing PowerhouseHow You'll Impact FossilThis role will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive and effective integrated marketing campaigns that align with our brand objectives and drive business growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and cohesive brand experience across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker, an expert in integrated marketing, and a leader who can inspire and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.This person will work closely with the commercial teams, merchants and cross functional channel teams to oversee the entire brand activation process (e.g., quarterbacks across all of digital marketing, media, CRM, VM, social, site UI/UX, stores, wholesale, trade mktg to integrate and align campaign strategy/ KPIs). This position requires a start-up go-getter mentality and the ability to articulate a vision for both the near and long-term future. You must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in standard methodologies with marketing frameworks, tools, platforms and processes. This person will also be digitally savvy in all areas of ecommerce, digital marketing and 3P partners.What You'll Do
- Work closely with the GC marketing head on the local strategies and campaigns as well as budgeting to make sure fully support the business for the India market
- Manage the end-to-end development of 360 integrated marketing campaigns and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business goals.
- Manage campaign launch and ensure all deliverables meet standards, requirements and necessary timelines for a successful launch across distribution channels from wholesale to DTC.
- Accountable to the outcomes of integrated marketing programs across the organization for all brands and responsible to understand performance / results; ensuring successful campaign execution.
- Executing the assigned markets integrated marketing activities to support offline business especially for the online retail stores
- Responsible for the social marketing and influencers campaign for the assigned markets to drive impressions and traffic for specific key brands campaigns; partnering with Global teams to ensure alignment across markets and shared asset use where possible
- Manage marketing channels - Social, Influencer marketing, Print, Events, Creative Requests, CRM, GMB, Websets, etc.
- Manage local India agencies in collaboration with global-set media direction
- Manage PR and Events
- Manage Celeb endorsements
- Manage local trade activities, ensuring that plans accommodate local business needs/ opportunities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the commercial leads in India to ensure alignment to business needs and allocation
- Oversees networking and collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders to drive compelling consumer engagement and ensure seamless integration across wholesale, DTC and advertising touchpoints.
- Foster collaboration to drive innovation and maintain a consistent brand voice, in particular with commercial leaders and cross functional teams
- Work closely with key brands licensors local contacts to maintain good relationship for further collaboration and align integrated campaigns in the markets
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated (or adjusted if needed throughout the year) efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Oversee process of budget actualization to connect the dots between finance, direct team and cross functional teams, to ensure acting as brand stewards of marketing investment

Who You Are
- Master's degree in Marketing
- Experience in integrated marketing, with a proven track record of success at least for 5 years
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics tools to drive marketing insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Local marketing experience at a fashion and/ or retail company is required.
