2. Financial modelling: Design financial models for discounted cash flow, market transaction, market multiple, and option pricing analysis
3. Research: Research clients, industries, competitors, and markets on reputed database like CapitalIQ, etc.
4. Presentation: Prepare and present analysis results in a clear and concise manner
5. Reporting: Write valuation reports and present analyses and conclusions
6. Proposals: Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and publications
7. Client relationships: Work with management to build and maintain client relationships
8. Engagement letters: Identify and communicate potential engagements to management and write engagement letters
9. Site Visits: Conduct site visits, if required, at various places including infrastructure sites, etc.
