An Assistant Manager, Administration supports daily office operations, ensuring efficiency through managing supplies, facilities, budgets, and procedures, while also supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, handling vendor relations, and assisting managers with strategy, policy, and HR tasks like onboarding, reporting, and performance monitoring, acting as a key link for smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
· Office & Facilities Management:
Oversee daily operations, maintenance, inventory (supplies, equipment), cleanliness, security, and setup for new spaces.
· Staff Supervision:
Train, mentor, monitor performance, manage schedules, and resolve conflicts for administrative staff.
· Budget & Reporting:
Assist with budget preparation, monitor expenses, track costs, and generate performance reports.
· Operational Support:
Streamline procedures, manage calendars, coordinate meetings/events, handle travel logistics, and manage internal/external communications.
· Department Coordination:
Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless workflow and policy adherence.
· HR & Policy:
Support HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and employee record maintenance (often combined with HR).
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software.
· Experience in office administration, HR, or a related field.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage vendors, and handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
