Job Description

As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for various key activities related to facilities and administration. Your role will include: - Vendor development, management, onboarding, negotiations, handling escalations, and maintaining service quality standards. - Supervising the facility management and housekeeping team. - Managing daily operations at the front desk. - Ensuring the upkeep of the cafeteria, including maintenance, pest control, and availability of consumables and services. - Drafting and renewing ARC contract agreements for office services and deliverables. - Managing the travel desk, including booking domestic and international flights, visas, hotels, trains, buses, and cars. - Handling offline and online visa processing and scheduling appointments. - Overseeing office infrastructure repair, maintenance, development, and renovations. - Managing space allocation and space management. - Handling guests and visitor management. - Planning and executing outdoor and indoor sales and non-sales events. - Preparing yearly budgets based on previous years" expenditures for cost optimization. - Procuring office services and deliverables, comparing quality with rates, and issuing orders. - Managing employee company bus transportation. - Issuing and managing corporate mobile and sim cards connections. - Distributing and managing printing and office stationery, ensuring the availability of buffer stock. - Managing assets and tagging. - Developing and updating office admin policies and SOPs. - Managing office boys and drivers, including work allocation and supervision. - Supervising the fire alarm system and its maintenance. - Providing admin support to the Khopoli and Kakinada-AP plants. - Managing petty cash and credit card expenses. - Data management and execution of organization contract agreements. - Managing the travel calendar. - Liaising with the building facility management team for facility repair and maintenance.
