Assistant Manager Administration

Manage the team reporting & revenue growth who are working on field.

 Provide innovative ideas and suggestion to improve the market presence.

 Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.

 Conduct business plan review meeting with field sales team & management (Online & offline

both)

 Monitor promotional activities defined by company time to time.

 Review monthly visiting plan of all team members and monitor its implementation effectively by

regularFollow-up and discussion with team members.

 Handle the team activity on daily basis.

 Coordinate with other departments in the company like Accounts, Dispatch, R&D, Head

Manufacturing Units & Purchase. You will be bound to not to disclose any confidential official,decision, plan or growth activities to any one insider or outsider of the company.
