Job Description

As an Administration Manager, your role involves overseeing various administrative functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting site audits, and providing support to the business. Your key responsibilities include: - **Admin Helpdesk:** - Visit the shop floor daily to monitor housekeeping processes and provide support to employees on Administration matters and associated compliances. - **Canteen Management:** - Ensure statutory compliance related to the canteen as per Factory act, Goa factory rules, FSSAI, and other relevant statutes. - Coordinate with service providers to ensure provision of healthy and hygienic food, timely renewal of contracts, and conduct regular audits. - Manage canteen equipment, tables, chairs, sound system, and related accessories. - **Abbott Quality Management System (QMS):** - Ensure compliance with Entry Exit SOP, Uniform and Linen management, in-house laundry compliances, and security staff coordination. - Responsible for External peripheral drainage SOP, ISO trainings, closure of CAPA, exceptions, and investigations. - **Site Audits:** - Coordinate and ensure physical presence during all site audits in the plant. - **Local Fleet Management:** - Manage busses, micro vehicles, renew service contracts, and issue necessary letters for vehicle pick up and drop. - **MIS and Reports:** - Update security reports, e OT, e Coff tracker, and provide support to the Global MS&T team. - **Other Responsibilities:** - Handle Behavioural Based Safety & Quality requirements, Repairs & Maintenance, CAPEX budgeting, Asset management, Opex budget preparation, Safety equipment procurement, and inventory management. - Support monthly Safety Meetings, Administrative tasks for the Site Director's office, and various procurement activities. - **Competencies:** - Sound knowledge of Admin processes and compliance, Business acumen, Cross-functional team working, Effective communication, Drive for consistent results, Audit handling. Your qualifications, knowledge, and experience should include: - **Qualification:** Masters/ PGDM in any domain with expertise in Admin. - **Knowledge:** Admin processes, acts, and compliances. - **Experience:** 5-10 years in a similar role. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a smooth administrative function, ensuring compliance, and supporting business operations effectively.,
