🚨 WE'RE HIRING | ASSISTANT MANAGER - ADMINISTRATION 🚨🏢

✨ Key Responsibilities:


🔹 Oversee daily administrative operations across the site

🔹 Manage facility upkeep, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination

🔹 Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols

🔹 Monitor inventory and office supplies efficiently

🔹 Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

🔹 Handle escalations related to facility and admin services


👤 What We’re Looking For:


✅ Minimum 4–6 years of experience in administration/facility management

✅ Strong leadership and team-handling abilities

✅ Excellent communication & coordination skills

✅ Experience in handling vendors, AMC, and procurement processes

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
