FINANCE MANAGER - EXPENSES
Purpose of Role
To lead the academic and administrative functions of the school, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment. The Principal is accountable for student achievement, staff development, operational excellence, parental engagement, and community-building that aligns with the mission and vision of TIPS.

Tasks & Activities
- Budgeting, Tracking and Expenses Management
- Tracking Expenses and Reimbursements
- Expense forecasting, budgeting and financial planning
- Cost Control
- Event – budget review and fund allocation
- Preparation of MIS Reports
- Verification and documentation of cash collection and cash expenditure
- Accounting & Auditing
- Entry and Maintain the Expenses section of Tally.
- Advance Tax and Professional Tax Working
- Preparation of Books for Tax Audit.
- Insurance Renewal, Property Tax and water Tax. Payments
- All Bills Receivables and Payable
- Vendor statement verification
- Verification and approval of bills for Payments (EB/ Internet/Transport/Mess/Purchase)
- Monthly / Weekly payment Cycle and Schedule process.
- Maintenance of Advance register and payment register for each campus
- Ensure the money reaches the vendors on time and the same is updated in I Campus and tally
- Cheques to be printed and not hand-written.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reduce Expenses by 2% from overall budget allocation
- Maintaining Expense tracker for each department and restricting expenses and conducting review with all departments every month and also with management
- Budget finalization for the next academic year before 15th March
- 100% Accuracy in payments and accounts maintenance
- Payment cycle and on time payments
- Presenting the EBITDA projections in August, November, January, and April/May to the board
