Assistant Manager Accounts

Job Summary:

Assistant Manager – Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

Manage full-cycle accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and present
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
.
Handle
budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
.
Maintain and reconcile
accounts payable, receivable, P&L, and balance sheets
.
Monitor
cash flow, bank transactions, and fund flow
.
Coordinate with
statutory auditors
for audits and financial closure.

Finance & Treasury Management:

Manage
daily fund flow and working capital
requirements.
Handle
banking operations
– LC, BG, and online transactions.
Liaise with banks for
loan documentation and financial arrangements
.
Support
capital expenditure planning and projections
.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance:

Ensure timely filing and payment of
GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF
, etc.
Reconcile ITC and file
GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C
, and
TDS returns
.
Handle
tax audits, assessments, and liaison with consultants
.

Audit & Controls:

Support
internal, statutory, and tax audits
.
Strengthen
internal control systems
and ensure financial discipline.
Perform
periodic ledger, bank, and vendor reconciliations
.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
Accounting Standards, GST, and TDS laws
.
Proficiency in
ERP / Tally
and
advanced Excel
.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling data.
Ability to multitask and deliver within timelines.
