We are hiring for one of our partner companies for their Spices Division for the following role: Role: International Sales Manager (ISM) Job Description We are seeking a highly driven International Sales Manager (ISM) to lead global business development for the Spices Division. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in export and international sales of spices, strong relationship management skills, and a proven ability to generate business from overseas clients. Key Responsibilities Drive international sales and business growth for the company’s spices portfolio. Identify and develop new distributors, partners, and markets globally. Handle client negotiations, pricing, and order finalization. Ensure smooth coordination with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely delivery. Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions to represent the brand internationally. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management. What We’re Looking For Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international sales of spices (mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
