Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process by organizing orientations and ensuring new employees are equipped to start effectively.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions for all roles within the organization.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, resolving them promptly and fairly.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by initiating and managing employee engagement programs.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee satisfaction surveys to understand and address workforce needs.

3. Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal-setting, progress monitoring, and feedback delivery.
  • Collaborate with managers to implement performance improvement plans when required.
  • Manage reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain top performers.

4. Training and Development:

  • Identify employee training needs and organize relevant learning and development programs.
  • Facilitate leadership and skill-building workshops to support professional growth.
  • Track the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.

5. Compliance and Record Keeping:

  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws and company policies, keeping them up to date as required.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and leave details.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures in alignment with company guidelines.

6. Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Track attendance and manage leave applications to maintain accurate records.

7. HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct workforce planning and provide data-driven insights on staffing needs.
  • Regularly monitor and report on HR metrics, such as employee turnover and satisfaction.

8. Health and Safety:

  • Ensure the workplace complies with all health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to create a secure work environment.
  • Promote a safety-first culture among employees through awareness programs.

9. Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Develop initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Plan and organize events such as team-building activities, office lunches, picnics, getaways, and games to foster a cohesive team environment.
  • Monitor and analyse employee turnover and implement strategies to reduce attrition.

10. HR Systems and Technology:

  • Manage and maintain HR systems and software to streamline HR processes.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality and security of employee data in compliance with data protection regulations.

11. Additional Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute company-wide events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities as required.
  • Take initiative in organizing picnics, outings, office lunches, games, and other morale-boosting activities.
  • Undertake any other HR-related responsibilities or tasks as assigned by management, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,253.03 - ₹35,000.00 per month
