About the Role We are looking for a smart and organized Assistant HR & Admin Executive to support both human resources and administrative functions in our fast-paced IT environment. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR tasks along with general office administration, ensuring smooth internal operations and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities HR Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment coordination: scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment trackers Assist with onboarding, induction, and exit processes Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and documentation Manage leave, attendance, and employee database reports Support payroll processing with required inputs Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.) Admin Responsibilities Oversee office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination Manage office facilities, maintenance, and housekeeping staff Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation when needed Maintain administrative records, invoices, and petty cash reports Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations Assist in organizing events, meetings, and training sessions Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of experience in a combined HR and administrative role, preferably in an IT or tech-driven company Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRMS tools (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, Keka, etc.) Good understanding of HR practices and Indian labor laws Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential data with integrity Good to Have Experience in IT/startup environments Exposure to remote team coordination or hybrid work setups Certification in HR or office administration How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to people@sandlogic.com with the subject line " Assistant HR & Admin Executive - Application ".
