Job Description

Position Overview

  • The role involves driving revenue from real estate sales transactions by managing a team of up to seven sales representatives & directly handling high-value deals.
  • The AGM Sales is responsible for the team's profit and loss (P&L) performance, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.

Scope

  • Focus on a single micro market of Thane of transactions between 1 - 4 Cr
  • Majorly focus on Primary Residential Real Estate while catering to high-value Secondary Residential Market & Selective Commercial Opportunities.
  • The team will focus on 10 Key projects in the market & not more than 1 launch at any given time.

Team Assignment

  • You will be given the opportunity to lead a team of upto 7 Sales Managers.
  • A top-tier team will be provided following a rigorous selection process.
  • A comprehensive, one-month training program will be provided to the team after joining to ensure alignment on location, projects, making initial calls & carrying out site visits.
  • Post 1 month from joining, team member will be inducted into your team.

Team Management

  • You are responsible to lead & mentoring the team on lead qualification, product pitching, lead nurturing, sales cadence, objection handling & closing.
  • Conduct Daily Huddles, Weekly Reviews & Monthly Meetings for planning, alignment & progress tracking.
  • Monitoring team pipelines daily & give active feedback.
  • Teaching the mentee on essential tips and tricks of the business.
  • Accompany team members to important meetings, offering support and demonstrating effective sales techniques.

  • Assist in closing deals and managing clients alongside teammates, ensuring they actively participate in the process to promote learning and prevent overreliance.
  • The ultimate goal is to empower all teammates to close deals independently and develop future leaders within the organization.

Personal Sales

  • Personally handle a low-volume of high-value, high-priority leads, where the client journey can be completed with the help of the team members.
  • Maintain a select set of investors and UHNI Client relationships to ensure recurring business & referrals. These will be Top 1% of the clients in the micro-market.

Incentives Policy

  • For First 2 Months from Joining / moving to new market, there is No Sales Target.
  • Incentive Slabs start from 5X onwards & go up to 12X of Salary, wherein you can earn upto 100% of your salary as incentive, if team does 10X sales.
  • Incentives on individual & team sales.

Other Information:

  • 9-hour login time (10 am - 7 pm) with a 1-hour break.

  • Corporate Attire: The company follows a corporate attire and you shall be have to adhere to the same.
  • Probation Period: 6 months.
