Job Description

Role and responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets as assigned by the company.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
  • Conduct site visits with clients and ensure excellent client service.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with clients to close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Prior experience in

    Real Estate Sales

    will be given preference.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  • Strong convincing ability and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Should be open to fieldwork and client meetings.
  • Presentable Personality with Professional Etiquette.
