Role and responsibilities Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets as assigned by the company. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions. Conduct site visits with clients and ensure excellent client service. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Ensure proper follow-up with clients to close deals efficiently. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration. Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate Sales will be given preference. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Strong convincing ability and customer-centric approach.
