Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with Raylume9s business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making. Drive sales of Raylume9 Products (Hitachi Solar Inverters) by Identifying and onboarding new clients in solar EPC, industrial, and commercial sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Actively pursue new business opportunities and partnerships Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures with clients and distributors. Build and manage a high-performing sales team; ensure target achievement and market expansion. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) for seamless order execution. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive positioning. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and areas for improvement. Maintain strong relationships with teams for coordination, pricing, and training. And Represent Raylume9 at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Build and maintain a positive brand image in the industry. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets. Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture within the team. Qualifications Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) . Experience: 612 years of experience in sales of solar products / inverters / UPS & batteries /transformers, or related electrical equipment . Industry Preference: Solar / Renewable Energy / Power Electronics / Electrical Equipment. Skills Required: Strong managerial and leadership capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
