Senior Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

sales of Raylume9 Products (Hitachi Solar Inverters)

negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures

Build and manage a high-performing sales team; ensure target achievement and market expansion.

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) for seamless order execution.

market analysis

Maintain strong relationships with teams for coordination, pricing, and training. And Represent Raylume9 at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Build and maintain a positive brand image in the industry.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets. Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture within the team.

Implement sales reporting processes to accurately predict future sales and project pipelines. Opportunities for market expansion and new business development. Explore untapped regions and sectors.

Qualifications

• Education:

  B.Tech / B.E. in

  Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

  .

• Experience:

  612 years of experience in

  sales of solar products / inverters / UPS & batteries /transformers, or related electrical equipment

  .

• Industry Preference:

  Solar / Renewable Energy / Power Electronics / Electrical Equipment.

• Skills Required:

• Strong

  managerial and leadership

  capabilities.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation

  skills.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with

  CRM tools

  and sales analytics platforms.
• Ability to travel across regions for business development.
