Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager – Domestic BPO (Product Sales)

Location: Karol bagh, Delhi

Experience

  • 8–15 years of experience in Domestic BPO Sales
  • 5+ years of experience managing large sales teams (300–500 agents)
  • Mandatory experience in product-based sales (own products)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly aggressive, target-driven Sales Manager to lead our domestic BPO sales operations for in-house products. The role demands complete ownership of revenue generation, team productivity, and sales performance across a large-scale sales floor. This is a hard-core sales leadership role, not a support or account management position.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Business Ownership

  • Own and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets
  • Drive product sales, upsell, cross-sell, and repeat business
  • Ensure strong revenue per agent (RPA) and cost efficiency
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L for assigned business units

Team Leadership (500+ FTE)

  • Lead and manage 300–500+ domestic sales agents through Team Leaders & Managers
  • Build a high-performance, numbers-driven sales culture
  • Define targets, incentives, and performance benchmarks
  • Drive attrition control, engagement, and productivity improvement

Sales Performance & Floor Management

  • Monitor and optimize conversion %, talk time, closure rate, and ticket size
  • Run daily floor reviews, huddles, and performance calls
  • Identify low performers and implement immediate corrective actions
  • Ensure strict adherence to sales discipline and compliance

Training, Quality & Process

  • Work closely with Training & QA teams to enhance product knowledge and closing skills
  • Improve pitch effectiveness, objection handling, and negotiation
  • Continuously refine sales scripts and processes to maximize conversions

Stakeholder & Business Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Finance teams
  • Provide feedback from the sales floor to improve product-market fit
  • Support new product launches, pilot runs, and rapid scale-ups

Dialer & Data Management (Critical)

  • Hands-on experience with predictive/progressive/preview dialers
  • Strong understanding of dialer logics, dispositions, call flow, and pacing
  • Manage lead allocation, recycling, and data churning strategies
  • Optimize connectivity %, drop rate, idle time, and penetration
  • Ensure data hygiene, suppression handling, and compliance

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong domestic BPO product sales background
  • Proven success in hard-core sales & revenue delivery
  • Experience managing large teams (300–500 FTE)
  • Strong command over sales KPIs and MIS reporting
  • High energy, execution-focused leadership style
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
