We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our Solar Module Mounting Structure fabrication unit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the solar industry, with a strong focus on mounting structures for solar modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals and support market expansion.
Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with key decision-makers within the solar industry.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to guide strategic decisions.
Proposal Development:
Work closely with technical and engineering teams to create customized, compelling proposals that align with client needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and emerging opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications:

Any graduate.
At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the solar module mounting structures industry.
Strong knowledge of solar module mounting structures and the fabrication processes involved.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Results-driven, with a strategic and solution-oriented approach.
