About the Project:

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the sales operations for The Residences by Aurika, ensuring achievement of sales targets, strong market positioning, and superior customer engagement through effective sales strategies and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and execute end-to-end sales activities for The Residences by Aurika.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by formulating and implementing sales strategies.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion initiatives.
  • Oversee the customer journey from inquiry to possession, ensuring seamless service and satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities.
  • Conduct regular team performance reviews and provide coaching for skill enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation accuracy, and RERA guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in real estate residential sales, preferably in premium or luxury projects.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and deliver strong sales results.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Well-connected with channel partners and real estate network in Bareilly or nearby regions.
  • Dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused professional.
