Role Objective

Lead regional sales operations, mentor sales teams, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals

- Manage and coach Sales Managers and Executives

- Analyze sales data to optimize performance and forecast trends

- Build strategic partnerships with brokers and institutional clients

- Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory frameworks

- Proven leadership in real estate sales (10 years)

- Data-driven decision-making using dashboards and analytics

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

- Ability to scale sales processes and team capabilities
