Role Objective

Drive residential and commercial property sales through channel development, client engagement, and execution of tactical sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads via digital platforms, broker networks, and site visits

- Convert prospects through consultative selling and relationship building

- Maintain CRM records and track sales funnel performance

- Collaborate with marketing for campaign alignment and lead nurturing

- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and competitor activity
