Collaboration:** Work closely with manufacturing team to align engineering services with production needs, providing clients with a holistic solution from design to delivery.
Leadership:** Mentor and lead junior sales team members, sharing insights from your experience to foster a high-performance sales culture.
Reporting:** Provide regular updates on sales progress, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
**Negotiation:** Lead negotiations for complex deals, ensuring terms are favorable while maintaining strong client relationships.
At least 15 years of sales experience in the technology or engineering services sector.
- Deep understanding of engineering services, particularly those that support manufacturing processes, though not specifically in semiconductor, hardware design, or prototyping.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the Chennai or Bangalore market is a significant advantage.
