Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for luxury residential projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and channel partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the Pune real estate market.
  • Oversee customer experience from inquiry to possession, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    8 years

    of experience in real estate sales, specifically handling

    high-end or luxury residential projects

    in Pune.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market and customer base.
