Responsibilities Data Management: Inputting, organizing, and maintaining accurate records and databases. Administrative Tasks: Handling filing, managing correspondence, and performing other general office duties. Transaction Processing: Processing invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions. Documentation & Reporting: Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations. Coordination: Liaising with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication. Support: Assisting the front office team, management, and other staff with various tasks. Compliance: Ensuring all activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulations. Required Skills Data Entry & Management: Accurate and efficient data entry and database management. Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant administrative software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues. Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage records, files, and tasks effectively. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data and reports. Teamwork & Independence: The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, though other graduates may also be considered. Experience: Prior experience in a back office, administrative, or similar support role is often beneficial.
