Role Overview

The AGM, Sales supports the General Manager by leading the sales organization, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are consistently met. This role often reports directly to the General Manager and acts as a key part of the leadership team.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years in sales management roles.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong leadership and team-management experience.
5. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
6. Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office tools.

4. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with key customers.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product development to align efforts.
6. Reporting: Produce regular sales reports and present insights to senior leadership.
7. Performance Management: Conduct reviews and training sessions for the team.
8. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
