Job Title: HR Manager Company: Homez&Own Location: Sector 132, ATS Bouquet, Noida Salary: 50,000 80,000 per month Experience Required: 4–8 years (preferred in Real Estate or related industries) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our human resource functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be strategic, proactive, and passionate about shaping a people-first culture in a growing Real Estate organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for sales, marketing, and support staff. Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals and ensure their effective implementation. Maintain and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with industry best practices. Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, development, and exit processes. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with sensitivity and fairness. Conduct regular performance appraisals and support departments in KPI-based reviews. Plan and execute training, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs. Ensure legal compliance and documentation related to employment laws and labor regulations. Coordinate payroll with accounts and oversee attendance, leave management, and HRMS systems. Support management in creating a positive, motivating work environment and organizational culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the Real Estate or sales-driven industry. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/HR software tools. Role & responsibilties Location: Sector 132 Noida, India Department: Sales Department Reporting To: CEO / MD Company: Homez & Own Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented P&L Head to spearhead the business operations and drive profitability for our residential real estate vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, business strategy, team leadership, and financial management. You will be responsible for end-to-end performance, including top-line revenue, bottom-line profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: P&L Ownership: Manage and be fully accountable for the P&L of the assigned region/business vertical. Drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profit margins. Business Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet short and long-term goals in alignment with company vision. Sales & Revenue Management: Oversee sales targets, drive team performance, and ensure robust conversion strategies across residential offerings (primary, secondary, and/or rentals). Operational Leadership: Ensure smooth and efficient operations across project sites, sales offices, and support functions. Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, CRM, Operations, Legal, and Finance. Customer Experience: Drive customer-first culture; ensure timely possession, documentation, and post-sales service.
