Assistant General Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate teams (sales, marketing, operations, project execution, customer service etc.). Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor daily operations, review performance reports, and implement process improvements. Support and execute marketing plans, promotional activities, and channel development. Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, brokers, and other stakeholders. Resolve escalations or operational challenges proactively. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation. Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. Contribute to business development initiatives and new project planning. Team Handling & LeadershipSupervise, train, and mentor team members for high performance. Set clear goals and KPIs for the team. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Foster a collaborative, professional, and positive work environment. Drive accountability and ownership within the team. Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred). 5-6 years of experience in real estate (residential, commercial, plotted development etc.). Prior experience in team handling / leadership roles. Strong knowledge of real estate sales, operations, and project management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills.
